The High Commission of India does not accept visa applications except from diplomatic or official passport holders at its premises and therefore visa applications should be submitted through the agency.

Everyone (except Indian nationals) who is intending to visit India for any reason must apply for a visa prior to their departure.

A smooth Indian visa application process requires clear understanding of the step-by-step lodging procedure as well as the necessary set of the documents. In order to apply for an Indian visa, you will need to go through a few steps:

Step 1

Please check if you can obtain an Indian Visa On Arrival (VOA).

Step 2

Please check whether you have at least two empty pages in your passport and it is valid for at least six months from the date of exiting India.

Step 3

Once everything has been checked and you qualify for the previous 2 steps, please continue with the application process as described below.

Please choose the required visa type:

A tourist visa / re-entry permission is granted for the purpose of tourism (sightseeing, visiting friends and relatives, leisure). For additional information, fees and the list of the required documents, please refer to the Tourist visa/Re-entry Permission requirements and fees page.

A business visa is granted for individuals going to India for business purposes. For additional information, fees and the list of the required documents, please refer to the Business visa requirements and fees page.

If you are travelling to India with a purpose to attend a conference/seminar/workshop, we advise you to apply for a conference visa. For additional information, fees and the list of the required documents, please refer to the Conference visa requirements and fees page.

A transit visa is granted when a passenger needs to travel through India, where their final destination is outside of India. For additional information, fees and the list of the required documents, please refer to the Transit visa requirements and fees page.

If you are acquiring a new passport for any reason (except passport loss) while still having a valid Indian visa, we can help you to arrange a transfer of the visa from the old passport to the new one. Step 4

Submit all the documents to our Consultant:

  • In person at our office; please call us on (+65) 9387 7672 or (+65) 8722 1482 to book an appointment. Our opening hours are 8.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday. Last appointment is at 17.30.
  • Send them by your own courier
  • Or we can arrange our courier to pick them up from you.
