• Transit visa to Ukraine

A transit visa to Ukraine is granted when a passenger needs to travel through Ukraine, where their final destination is outside of Ukraine. The transit visa is issued for the period stated in the support documents but no longer than 1 year (except in cases when it is requested by the International Agreements by Ukraine).

The maximum period for each transit stay cannot exceed 5 days.

    COVID-19 Update

All persons travelling from a country or region classified by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health as “green” may enter Ukraine provided they carry proof of health insurance valid for use in Ukraine and sufficient to cover any expenses related to observation and treatment for COVID-19. Persons travelling from “red” locations must install the “Dii Vdoma” mobile application and do one of the following: 1) undergo quarantine at a designated location, 2) self-isolate for 14 days in a suitable accommodation registered in the Dii Vdoma app, or 3) undergo a PCR test for COVID-19 upon arrival in Ukraine. Additional information including a list of persons not subject to quarantine requirements is available at the following URL: https://visitukraine.today/.
