From December 21, 2020, foreign nationals who, within 14 days of their intended arrival, have visited any of the following locations are prohibited from entering Uzbekistan: Australia, Austria, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. Persons arriving by air from China, Finland, Hungary, Japan, Latvia, Malaysia, South Korea, or Thailand may enter Uzbekistan without restriction. Persons without such a certificate must undergo testing at their own expense upon arrival. All persons arriving from these locations must undergo temperature screening and a 14-day self-isolation upon arrival. Persons arriving by air from any other location must present a certificate showing a negative PCR test result for COVID-19 and self-isolate for 14 days upon arrival.
