    • E-visa to Azerbaijan

    Citizens of 90 countries can apply for an online e-visa to Azerbaijan. The e-visa is granted to foreign nationals wishing to enter Azerbaijan for recreational, business, official, or cultural purposes. Once the e-visa is granted you will receive it on your an email. You must print it out and show it to the passport control officers upon arrival in Azerbaijan.

    A single e-visa is valid for 90 days for a single journey to Azerbaijan on the specified during submission dates, provided the applicant’s passport remains valid for 6 months beyond validity of the visa. The maximum allowed stay in Azerbaijan is 30 days. The visa does not allow you to establish residence in Azerbaijan or to take part in any paid activity.

    Required documents for an e-visa to Azerbaijan:

    • Passport copy with at least 6 months’ validity beyond the validity of the visa and with one blank page for stamping the visa.

    * Please be informed that from July 20, 2024 to July 20, 2025 citizens of the People’s Republic of China are eligible to enter the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan visa free 3 times within 1 year. The period of stay in the country at each entry is up to 30 days. Upon their 4th entry the citizens of the People’s Republic of China will be required to present a valid visa.

      • Please note: An additional 5% will be added to the total amount as this is what we are being charged by the banks for transactions.

      • In case of delays or a visa refusal due to circumstances beyond our control, the fee paid is non-refundable. This fee is designated for the processing of the application itself, and it is not dependent upon the outcome of the application.
      • The ultimate decision regarding the approval, duration, and multiple entries allowed on a visa rests with Azerbaijani Immigration authorities. Similar to visa procedures in other countries, obtaining a visa for Azerbaijan does not equate to an immigration pass; it serves as pre-entry authorisation for the visa holder to travel to and request entry into Azerbaijan. The decision to grant an immigration pass is at the discretion of the passport control officer at the point of entry. It’s important to note that merely possessing a valid visa does not assure entry into Azerbaijan.
      • The information that you provide must match the information on your passport. Otherwise, your e-visa will be seemed invalid.
      • If it is found out that you illegally visited the Nagorno-Karabakh and other regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan occupied by the Republic of Armenia after 1991, you may not be allowed to enter the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan regardless of whether or not you have obtained an electronic visa.
      • Foreigners and stateless persons staying temporarily in the Republic of Azerbaijan for more than 15 days (also in cases when they change their place of residence within the country) should apply to the management of their temporary place of residence (hotel, sanatorium, rest house, resort, camping, tourist camp, hospital or other public places ) or owners of apartments or other places of residence to register them at the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan without payment of any state fee.
