- For urgent visa needs, we provide an expedited processing service with a same-day submission option. This service includes a 9:00 AM appointment and an additional fee. To arrange, contact us on info@globalsingapore.sg.
- For your convenience, we offer secure document pickup by our in-house courier service. Simply email to info@globalsingapore.sg to schedule a collection.
- Select the type of visa you are applying for.
- Select the desired date and time of your appointment.
- When the reservation is completed, an appointment confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
- Submit your required documents on the designated date and time.
- We kindly request that you cancel your appointment if no longer required. This will allow us to assist other travellers seeking visa processing.
- One representative can submit multiple applications as long as all there is a wet signature (not scanned or photocopied) of the applicant on all relevant forms.

- We kindly request one appointment per visa/group application. Duplicate bookings may be cancelled.
- Please schedule your appointment only if your intended travel falls within the validity period of the desired visa.
- We do not accept appointment reservations by phone, WhatsApp or email. Please, make changes to your appointment on the booking system via the link provided in the confirmation email.
- Schedule one appointment per visa application submission. Simply indicate the total number of applicants during booking. You are not required to update us if there are any changes to the actual number of applicants.
