Processing time for an e-visa to Indonesia:

      • The processing time for a visa ranges from 2 to 10 working days excluding the submission day dependent on the selected service.

      • In case of delays or a visa refusal due to circumstances beyond our control, the fee paid is non-refundable. This fee is designated for the processing of the application itself, and it is not dependent upon the outcome of the application.
      • The ultimate decision regarding the approval, duration, and multiple entries allowed on a visa rests with Indonesian Immigration authorities. Similar to visa procedures in other countries, obtaining a visa for Indonesia does not equate to an immigration pass; it serves as pre-entry authorisation for the visa holder to travel to and request entry into Indonesia. The decision to grant an immigration pass is at the discretion of the passport control officer at the point of entry. It’s important to note that merely possessing a valid visa does not assure entry into Indonesia.
