Visa-free foreign visitors need South Korean ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) approval in order to obtain a boarding pass and to enter the Republic of Korea. K-ETA is valid for multiple trips over a period of 2 years. K-ETA only covers activities allowed under C-3 visa such as tourism, business meetings, discussions, conferences, short-term study with stay below 90 days, family visit etc. If your purpose of the visit is not covered under K-ETA or your nationality is not eligible for K-ETA, please apply for an appropriate visa.
