• Russian e-visa

    Citizens of 53 countries may be granted a single-entry Russian e-visa to Russia.

    A single-entry electronic visa allows a foreign citizen to enter the Russian Federation once and stay in the Russian Federation on a guest or business visit, as a tourist, as well as to participate in scientific, cultural, socio-political, economic, sports events and make relevant connections and contacts. If the purpose of your journey to Russia does not correspond to any of the above, you should apply for a traditional (non-electronic) visa.

    This type of visa is currently suspended

      Russia has reopened for residents of Singapore

      The entry ban for foreign nationals no longer applies to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass and Work Passes Holders. The above-mentioned categories can apply for all types of Russian visas, including tourist, general business and study visas, and respectively enter the territory of the Russian Federation.

      Please note the following prevailing requirements for entry into the Russian Federation from the territory of the Republic of Singapore:

      • Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Long-Term Visit Pass and all types of Work Passes holders must obtain a printed medical certificate with negative Covid-19 PCR test result in English (translation into Russian is not required) made no earlier than three calendar days before arrival in the Russian Federation;

      • Also, the visitors must provide evidence of their long-term stay in Singapore; Both the PCR-test result and the evidence of long-term stay must be submitted to the Russian border control service officers upon arrival, otherwise, passengers will not be allowed to enter the Russian Federation.

      • Quarantine or additional PCR-tests upon arrival in Moscow for foreign nationals is not required unless conditioned by your sponsoring party in Russia.

      E-visa is a single-entry visa and issued for 60 days from the date of its issuance. The permitted stay in Russia with an e-visa is up to 16 days starting from midnight (00:00) of the date of entry, within its validity period. E-visa’s validity and/or the permitted stay under it cannot be extended. Entry and exit with e-visas is allowed by air, road and water transport, as well as without the use of vehicles only through checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation. E-visas are valid for stay all across the country.
