The nationals of the countries listed below travelling to South Korea for tourism or business can exercise a visa-free entry for a stay of up to 90 days but must hold a confirmed return air ticket.
In view of the current COVID-19 situation, the visa waiver for visa-free regime countries will remain suspended till further notice. You will need to apply for the Electronic Travel Authorisation (evisa).
The Visa Exemption Agreement is applicable only for the purpose of touring, business meetings, conferences, seminars, short term study, etc. It is not applicable for employment engagement, whether paid or unpaid or to those intending to study long term in Korea.
Please note that you may not extend your stay in Korea beyond 90 days or change your status under the Visa Exemption Agreement while you are in Korea. Countries without a specified period (inside parenthesis) have a limit of 90 days.
