    Before entering Singapore, everyone is required to submit a Singapore Arrival Card. You can submit your electronic arrival card 3 days prior to your arrival in Singapore.     Penalties for failed / wrongful submission

    Failure to complete/submit this card:

    • Fine of up to S$10,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 6 months

    Singapore Arrival Card requirements

    To apply for a Singapore Arrival Card, you will need to:

    Step 1

    Complete an online arrival card form and attach a scanned copy of your passport.

    Step 2

    Pay for the application on the page where you’ll be taken to after completing the form. Alternatively, return to completing the form for the next applicant and then pay for everybody in one go.

    Step 3

    As soon as we’ve checked your application(s), we will email to confirm receipt of the documents and your payment. Processing starts after a full payment had been received.

    Step 4

    Within 1 to 2 days, you will receive the Singapore Arrival Card via email.

    Required documents for a Singapore Arrival Card

    You will need:

    • Valid international passport.
    • Contact information.
    • Travel information.
    • Information on your accommodation in Singapore.

    Fees and processing time

    • The fee is 18 USD and it takes 1-2 working days to be processed. Payment must be made when submitting the documents.

    • All information provided by you must be true and correct. If you submit an incorrect or false information you might be prosecuted and detained.
    • Please, bear in mind that the charge will be made in Singapore Dollars.

      Payment for a Singapore Arrival Card

      Please, use your credit card or the online payment system PayPal to pay for your Singapore Arrival Card or return to completing a form for the next applicant. These payment methods are safe both for us as a merchant and for you as a buyer, and at the same time, the payment is wired instantly.

      Stripe allows you to make a payment with the majority of debit and credit cards or online wallets without the need to register.

      • In the corresponding dropdown on the top, select the number of applications you are paying for
      • You will be forwarded to the secure payment page. Here you will be able to pay for your order with a credit card
      • If when making a payment, you are specifying an email address different to the one used in the submitted application, please, let us know who you are paying for by sending a separate email so that we could match the submitted application with the payment made and start the application process.


      • Please note: An additional 5% will be added to the total amount as this is what we are being charged by the banks for transactions.
      • Please, bear in mind that the charge will be made in Singapore Dollars.

      Paypal

      PayPal allows you to make a payment with the majority of debit and credit cards using their account or using a credit card as a guest without creating an account.

      • In the corresponding dropdown, select the number of applications
      • Fill in your name and an email address
      • Press on the Pay Now button. If paying for more than one application, you will be able to enter the number of applications you are paying for on the next page

On arrival to Singapore, your eligibility for entry will be assessed on its own merits. All information provided by you must be true and correct. Please note that the Singapore Arrival Card is not a visa.
