    All travelers must submit a Singapore Arrival Card electronically at least 3 days before entering Singapore. To avoid any delays, it’s recommended to complete and submit your application in advance of the 3-day window.

    Penalties for failed / wrongful submission

    Failure to complete/submit this card:

    • Fine of up to S$10,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 6 months
    • Fine of up to S$20,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 12 months (subsequent offense)

    Providing false information:

    • Fine of up to S$10,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 6 months
    • Fine of up to S$20,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 12 months (subsequent offense)

    Singapore Arrival Card requirements

    To apply for a Singapore Arrival Card, you will need to:

    Step 1

    Complete an online arrival card form and attach a scanned copy of your passport.

    Step 2

    Pay for the application on the page where you’ll be taken to after completing the form. Alternatively, you can return to complete forms for other travellers and then pay for all applications at once.

    Step 3

    As soon as we’ve checked your application(s), we will email to confirm receipt of the documents and your payment. However, please note that processing only begins once full payment is received.

    Step 4

    Within 1 to 2 days, you will receive the Singapore Arrival Card via email.

    Required documents for a Singapore Arrival Card

    You will need:

    • Valid international passport.
    • Contact information.
    • Travel information.
    • Information on your accommodation in Singapore.

    Fees and processing time

    • The fee is 18 USD and it takes 1-2 working days to be processed. Payment must be made when submitting the documents.

    • When submitting your Singapore Arrival Card application(s), ensure all information provided is accurate. Incorrect or false information may result in prosecution and detention upon arrival.
    • Please, bear in mind that the charge will be made in Singapore Dollars.

On the next page, you will be able to make a payment straight away, or alternatively, you may choose to return to filing an application for the next applicant.
