Cambodia Arrival Card requirements

To apply for a Cambodian Arrival Card, you will need to:

Step 1

Complete an online arrival card form and attach a scanned copy of your passport.

Step 2

Pay for the application on the page where you’ll be taken to after completing the form. Alternatively, you can return to complete forms for other travellers and then pay for all applications at once.

Step 3

As soon as we’ve checked your application(s), we will email to confirm receipt of the documents and your payment. However, please note that processing only begins once full payment is received.

Step 4

Within 2 to 3 working days, you will receive the Cambodian Arrival Card via email.

Required documents for a Cambodian Arrival Card

You will need:

Valid international passport.
Contact information.
Travel information.
Information on your accommodation in Cambodia.

Fees and processing time

The fee for normal processing is 42 SGD and it takes up to 2-3 working days to be processed. Payment must be made when submitting the documents.

When submitting your Cambodian Arrival Card application(s), ensure all information provided is accurate. Incorrect or false information may result in prosecution and detention upon arrival.

On the next page, you will be able to make a payment straight away, or alternatively, you may choose to return to filing an application for the next applicant. If applying for multiple travellers, use the same email address.

Payment for a Cambodia Arrival Card

Stripe allows you to make a payment with the majority of debit and credit cards or online wallets without the need to register.

If when making a payment, you are specifying an email address different to the one used in the submitted application, please, let us know who you are paying for by sending a separate email so that we could match the submitted application with the payment made and start the application process.
