    • Company Incentive Trip Visa to South Korea

    A Company Incentive Trip visa to South Korea is issued for those who will be travelling to South Korea on a company incentive trip. Its validity is 90 days from the dates of issuance (single entry only; make sure your visa covers your travel dates). Nationals from countries eligible for Electronic Travel Authorisation may apply for K-ETA instead. The company sponsoring the trip must submit all the visa applications of its employees at the same time.

    Please be informed that Global Singapore Associates will cease accepting and submitting South Korea visa applications with effect from 1 September 2026.

    This change follows the announcement by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Singapore regarding the transition to a new visa application process. As a result, agent submission is no longer accepted.

    However, we still assist clients with document checking, application preparation, and guidance to ensure that the required documents are properly prepared before submission. Please note that the final submission of the visa application will need to be made directly through the South Korea Visa Centre.

    Global Singapore Associates will continue to accept South Korea visa applications submitted on or before 28 August 2026, subject to the applicable processing requirements.

    Applicants intending to apply through Global Singapore Associates are therefore advised to submit their applications before the final submission date.

    Required documents for a business visa to South Korea

    • Arrange your documents in the order according to the checklist.
    • All documents should be printed or photocopied on A4-sized paper.
    • Separate all the application documents for different applicants into individual sets.
    • NO staples/pins/paper clips should be used on documents.

    • Visa application form. Completed and signed visa application form. It must be signed by hand (wet signature in blue ink).
    • Photograph. 1 recent passport-size colour photograph on a white background – can be arranged in our office. You cannot wear a white top; the top must have sleeves. The photo must be glued to the application form.
    • Passport. Original and copy with at least 6 months validity beyond the validity of the visa.
    • Copy of NRIC/EP/Spass/WP/LTVP/DP. For work passes issued with a QR code, you are required to use the “SGWORKPASS” app to obtain your pass information. A clear printout of the scan result obtained within recent 1 week must be submitted. The printout must show the access date at the top and the bottom. Re-entry permit (applicable to PR only)
    • Supporting letter. Letter issued by Singapore Company and signed by the Director who is registered in the company’s ACRA biz profile. Please, follow the format of the sample letter (original with wet signature/stamp and issued within recent 1 month). * LOC (Letter of Consent) issued by MOM is required if you are LTVP / LTVP+ holder.
    • Company’s ACRA business profile (issued within the last month).
    • Recent 3 months Singapore bank account statements / passbook (original and copy) / e-statements, that show all transaction for the month including salary credits. All pages of the statement must be included. Only bank account statements printed directly from the banking app will be accepted. *Credit/debit card statements will not be accepted. If salary is not included in the statement, then need to provide 3 months payslips.
    • Global Singapore visa order form. Completed and signed Global Singapore visa order form.
